Orders & Delivery
At the moment, we are currently only shipping to the UK, but we thank you for your interest and hope to deliver internationally in the very near future.
Should you wish to cancel your order after purchasing then you should email us at orders@skin-academy.co.uk as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched or processed, you will receive a refund of the full amount for the purchase and delivery charge back on the debit/credit card used for the purchase. If, however, your order has already been dispatched then you may still cancel your order, but you may be liable for the delivery charges.
If you need to amend your order, we'll do our upmost to edit your order or update a delivery address. However, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@skin-academy.co.uk making sure to quote your order reference number.
No, we are sorry but we cannot accept orders by phone or email.
We are sorry but unless the goods are faulty, unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns as the nature of our products make them unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

We will investigate each matter thoroughly and endeavour to respond to your email or letter within two weeks of receiving it.
We want all our customers to have a great experience when they receive their Skin Academy orders, but in the unlikely event that our product is faulty, please contact our customer care team customercare@skin-academy.co.uk who will help resolve the problem. If you are asked to return these products to us, please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you do so (in case you need to show you have returned the goods just in case we do not receive the returned parcel). Customers wishing to return products should have regard to any labelling and packaging guidelines produced by the courier that is used.

Absolutely! The purposeful, plant-derived active ingredients that form our ZERO and Botanical ranges, notably Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Sacha Inchi Seed Oil and Sweet Almond Oil, deliver a powerful combination of well-known nourishing and moisturising benefits across the range. Shea Butter delivers intense moisturising effects to nourish and condition the skin; Sweet Almond Oil is an excellent emollient that is deeply hydrating and helps lock in moisture; Sacha Inchi Seed Oil offers long-lasting hydration benefits; and Coconut Oil helps keep skin supple and soft.
Yes, all of our Skin Academy London products are Vegan Friendly.
We are proud to say that our Skin Academy products are designed and made in the UK.
Sweet Almond Oil is one of the key ingredients across our ZERO and Botanical skincare ranges. We would recommend that if you have a tree nut allergy, you should consult your doctor first before using any of these products.
Although it’s called the Inca Peanut, Sacha Inchi is an allergy-free seed. Even if you have a peanut allergy, you could consume this because it is a seed. It is not the same species as our common peanut and therefore does not have the same allergens.
We always recommend using sun protection for your skin when you will be spending time outdoors. Our Day Creams do not currently contain active ingredients to protect the skin against the sun.
No, we have never and will never use micro beads in our products. We will always use natures alternative such as finely ground Apricot seeds and kernels because finding natural and sustainable alternatives for our skincare products is our mission.
ZERO has strengthened and improved its packaging over the short time the products have been available to customers. We are now stocked in different countries across the globe, like Canada and Chile. To ensure we appeal to the mass market in various locations, we adapt our packaging to encompass the native language of each country. This is why some of our packaging may look slightly different, but the product never changes.
