How soon will my order ship after purchasing?

Our team processes order’s every day and carefully pick and pack your products, making sure the quality and the packing is carried out to an exceptional standard so that you receive nothing less than perfect. Once your parcel is ready to be shipped, your goods are then passed on to the courier.

What are your delivery options?

UK Mainland – Due to shipping costs this excludes deliveries to the Highlands: Aberdeen, Inverness, Falkirk, Kirkwall, Perth, Paisley, Outer Hebrides and Kilmarnock.

Our Standard delivery- £3.49* (we track all our orders so you can see it’s on it way)

Please allow 3-5 working days for your products to arrive after you've received delivery confirmation email.

Can I order from the Channel Islands and the Highlands?

Yes, we would be very happy to ship to you, but please just note the shipping charges are different from those for the Mainland UK. If you could please send your order first to we will work with our couriers to see if we can improve on this cost and let you know before you process your order on our website.

UK Highlands & Channel Islands delivery

Highlands: Aberdeen, Inverness, Falkirk, Kirkwall, Perth, Paisley, Outer Hebrides and Kilmarnock.

Channel Islands: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Sicily, Jersey and Guernsey.

How will I know that my order is on its way?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with details of the courier and a tracking number so that you can keep up to date with your deliveries progress.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Not yet, but we will let you know as soon as we do.
